Applying for ENS Direct Entry, Subclass(482) TSS and GSM Applicants

If you are opting  for ENS Direct Entry application and your occupation is flagged for removal from the MLTSSL, you cannot proceed further with the application. However if you have already lodged your file then you are safe.
If your occupation is completely removed from the SOL prior to lodging your TSS file then you would not be able to proceed further with the application. Also if you lodge your application after the changes but the decision hasn't come in yet, you may not get a grant. TSS validity period is subject to change if the occupation moves from MLTSSL to STSOL or ROL.
In case of General Skilled Migration, if you have applied for an expression of interest and you have been successfully received an invitation but the changes to the skilled occupation lists have kicked in you will not be able to continue with your application.
